Director of Sales

Silversheet is looking for a Director of Sales interested in a high impact role at a rapidly growing startup. You’ve proven yourself as a SaaS Account Executive and Sales Manager and are a rising star with experience selling into the healthcare, government, education, or financial services sectors. You’re looking to take your career to the next level, working as a player/coach running deals from demo to close and building and managing your own team of rockstar sales executives.

This is an exciting opportunity to play an important role in growing revenue for a healthcare focused startup backed by A-List investors including Upfront Ventures, Rincon Venture Partners, Slow Ventures, and SV Angel.

What You’ll Do

  • Player/coach, quota carrying and owning the sales funnel from demo to close for your own accounts
  • Build and manage a team of AEs and SDRs, teaching best practices, managing to quota, and maintaining team energy
  • Build relationships with key decision makers via phone, and email
  • Create and optimize semi-automated email and phone sequences using tools like ToutApp, MixMax, SalesLoft, and Hubspot
  • Manage Salesforce instance, leveraging reports to run weekly sales pipeline meetings and to communicate with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing
  • Report on weekly results, both qualitative and quantitative

Your Experience

  • 5 - 10 years of SaaS sales experience in hands-on and management roles (e.g. Account Executive, Sales Manager, Director of Sales)
  • Prior experience building a sales team at a high growth SaaS startup
  • Love startups and wearing multiple hats
  • Confidence when speaking with people at all levels of a company
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Expert at Salesforce and tools like ToutApp and MixMax
  • Experience building a sales funnel and managing a team to achieve specific & quantifiable SaaS sales goals

What We're Building

Silversheet is revolutionizing how healthcare facilities manage their workforce, and how healthcare professionals manage their own careers. We've started by tackling a complex and critical part of daily workflow – physician credentialing. Currently, healthcare administrators are faced with endless paperwork, faxing, and nagging, and physicians are on their own to figure out the complex credential renewal process and stay up-to-date at each facility where they maintain privileges.

Silversheet is a breath of fresh air. Facilities can add a new physician in minutes, automatically verify their credentials, and invite doctors to join, empowering them to maintain their qualifications and keep facilities up-to-date and in compliance.
